Find Your Next Career Opportunity Here

Excelligence believes that job opportunities are often best filled from within the company.
Therefore, Excelligence maintains a job posting system so you can learn about job openings and express interest in those for which you are qualified.

Job Posting Policy

Purpose

The purpose of the Job Posting Policy is to ensure all employees are aware of open positions and have the opportunity to apply for those they are qualified for.  Excelligence believes in promoting from within when possible, and is committed to employing the best candidates for approved positions and engaging in effective recruitment and selection practices in compliance with all applicable employment laws.  We provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.

Scope

This policy applies to all Excelligence positions at the level of vice president and below. The hiring manager and human resource (HR) department may elect not to post certain positions when there are lawful, nondiscriminatory bases for doing so and with the approval of the senior management team.

Job Postings

Once an open position is approved for recruitment, HR will post a link to the job posting on the Resource Center located at ExcelligenceResourceCenter.com and when appropriate in designated areas within company offices/facilities. Appropriate external recruitment sources will vary depending on the vacancy and will be determined by our Corporate Recruiter, HR and the hiring manager.

Each job posting will have a closing date by which time applications must be received to be considered for the position.

Eligibility

To be considered for an open position:

  1. You have worked in your current position for at least six months.
  2. Meet the minimum requirements for the job and be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  3. Your current overall performance and attendance meets the Company’s performance standards.
  4. Employees who are presently in the disciplinary process will not be considered for transfer or promotion
  5. Submit a job posting application to HR for review.

All internal applicants will receive notice from HR as to whether they will be interviewed for the position. Although you are not required to notify your supervisor that you have applied for a position, the supervisor will be notified should you become a final candidate. If hired for the position, the current and the new supervisor will work together to determine an appropriate transfer date.

Excelligence reserves the right to change this policy at any time and for any reason and to grant exceptions to this policy based on business needs.
