How Does The Progam Work

Evaluation
All referred candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Excelligence policies and procedures; there is no guarantee your referral will be interviewed or hired.

Actively Employed
Both you and the referred  employee must be actively employed when payment is disbursed

Who Gets Paid
If two names are listed as the referral source, only one employee will be paid for that referral, the first employee to turn in this form (Employee Referral Program Form) into HR will be the eligible employee.
